    SALES EXECUTIVE
    Should have experience and enthusiasm to handle key customer accounts. Must be proactive and have demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload.     COORDINATOR

    Should be able to interact with team members and coordinate sales related activities to fulfill customer requirements on time. Assist sales executives, work in a team environment and resolve issues. Data entry, communication skills & basic accounts knowledge a must.

     
  • ACCOUNTS

    CONTROLLER
    Responsible for managing all accounting and finance functions. This position will report directly to the Director and will include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, and procedures. The ideal candidate has knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, evaluating internal processes for accounting functions, overseeing audits, and preparing financial reports. It is required that you have the ability to execute. The ideal candidate is not afraid to be "hands on" and is a "doer". The position requires the ability to evaluate, analyze, understand the financial and budgetary reports, to provide accurate processing of financial data, cost control, and account balances for monthly close. The Controller will interact with all levels of staff, as well as supports company rules and procedures.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
    5+ years of experience
    Must currently be at least a Senior Accountant or Controller.
    2-3 years of trading business experience
    Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
    Must be able to multi-task, and possess the analytical skills to resolve in-depth problems or concerns.

    SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

    The ideal candidate must have an accounting degree from a reputable university with minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment of which 2-3 years in management accounting. Experience in highly computerized environment is required with high degree of accuracy, strong planning capabilities. Responsibilities will include: control payments made to local and foreign suppliers making sure they are made in conformity with set policies and procedures, codifying them per the chart of accounts in order to ensure they are properly reflected on the General ledger, monthly closing of books of accounts booking all accounting entries, deciding and providing for accruals and processing of all JV's of general accounting nature with the objectives to make sure that the monthly closing of books of accounts does reflect the true picture of Company profit and loss, analyzes transitory accounts, suppliers clearing and other promotional accounts channeling them to appropriate suppliers' receivables accounts as stipulated by A&P's and fact-sheets. In this process the senior management accountant is responsible to reconcile suppliers' statement of accounts in order to ensure both company books and local and foreign suppliers books do tally, monitors the set up of prices and landed cost on the system making sure these are in conformity with agreed price structures, prepares necessary cost adjustments as and when needed and raises debit and credit notes accordingly, processes necessary journal vouchers for booking trade offers, classifying them on salesman basis to ensure profitability by SR, supplier and client type is maintained, manages the process of lodging insurance claims and follows up on settlements. The Applicant is expected to have strong understanding of inventory control, pipeline management, warehousing and logistics.


    ACCOUNTS
    ASSISTANT
    Responsible for
    day to day accounts entry, reconciliation, customer/supplier statements, etc. Knowledge of Basic accounts procedures - PV, RV, JV, etc. very essential.

    Should have experience with 3 Ton or above vehicle with valid U.A.E. Light duty driving license and minimum 2 years experience essential
